ABOUT US |
Your hosts are Sue and Paul Warren. |
| Oyster River was named by Captain James Cook when he sailed into Mercury Bay in 1769. The river was formally known as 'Purangi' and that name remains today.
We are situated between Cooks Beach, Cathedral Cove and the 'world famous' Hot Water Beach. |
Whitianga town can be reached by passenger ferry, a short drive from our B&B. If you prefer to bring your breakfast, our unit is fully self-contained, and there is also a gas barbecue. |
| When it is time for you to leave you will be refreshed, and feeling like you have had an elixir of life! |
